his Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the website of NEOSANTÉ HEALTH SOLUTIONS, S.A. and aims to inform its users, holders of personal data, about the processing of personal data carried out, and the principles and duties observed with regard to protection of personal data.

- Right to Limitation: The right to limitation allows treatment to be limited if it challenges the accuracy of personal data for a period that allows the controller to verify its accuracy, if the processing is illegal and the data subject object to the deletion of personal data and in return requests limitation of its use, if the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but said data is required by the holder for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in judicial proceedings, or in last case having exercised the right of objection until it is found that the legitimate reasons of the controller override those of the data subject.
5. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT
The personal data subject can exercise at any time any of the rights identified and described in number 4 of this Privacy Policy, and must, for this purpose, contact NEOSANTÉ HEALTH SOLUTIONS, S.A. by email to neosante@neosante-hs.com or alternatively by letter sent to the address of the main office at RUA DR ANTÓNIO DIAS PINHEIRO, 370, 2750-294 CASCAIS and must identify the right(s) they intend to exercise.
The personal data subject has the right to complain to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
6. PRESERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
